Tips
You can omit the diced pork, or replace it with chicken or beef. Marinate it with starch, salt, and cooking wine for a while to remove the fishy smell, and the meat will become smooth and tender after frying. Mix and match other dices as you like. Haoshi curry cubes are available in supermarkets. The one I used is slightly spicy. Spiral pasta is also sold in supermarkets, and if you like it straight, you can also put it in straight strips.
